- Meet all applicable international and national rules, maritime rules, regulations, industry environment and quality standards, maritime guidlines and requirements related to our work activities in each and any country of operation.
- Promote health and well-being of our employees and prevent occupational illness.
- Provide the resources, training and development to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with our policy.
- Assess all identified risks and opportunities that may affect our personnel, ships, cargo, equipment, the environment and implement appropriate safe guards and mitigating measures.
- Everyone has the obligation to stop or delay activities that may place him/her or others at risk of being injured, or which could lead to harm to the environment or damage the equipment.
- Every employee or subcontractor working for sigma has a duty to comply with this HSEQ Policy and will be held accountable for their individual performance, and the performance of those working under our supervision. By doing so, we believe we will be continuously develop our HSEQ and improve our performance.
